Truffle polenta

Preparation tips: 

For 10/12 people (ready in 10 min.)

Dose per person: use 50g of polenta and 200g of water. Bring about 2 liters of salted water to the boil in a large saucepan. Slowly pour the contents of the bag, stirring until it reaches the desired density. Cooking time 10min. When cooked, add excellent extra virgin olive oil.

 

Ingredients: corn flour pre-cooked with steam, truffle aroma, 5% black truffle from Bagnoli Irpino (tuber mesentericum).
