Walnut and truffle cream

Preparation: to be served concentrated or diluted in olive oil as a condiment on first courses and pizzas, as a filling for fresh pasta, or as a filling for delicious appetizers. Also excellent for cooking second courses of meat.

storage: after opening, cover with olive oil, close the jar and keep in the fridge for a few days.

De Ferry 2.5%), olive oil,
sale, fibre, aroma.
