White truffle butter

White Truffle Butter is available in 80gr format.

In the kitchen: heat for a few minutes in a pan and use it as a condiment for pasta dishes or to cream risottos, replacing the classic cooking butter.

Excellent to spread on hot croutons and sandwiches or to enrich second courses of meat and fish. White Truffle Butter is suitable for the preparation of any dish, from the simplest to the most elaborate.

Storage: after opening the jar, if used at room temperature on croutons, canapés or bruschetta, we recommend removing it from the fridge a few minutes beforehand to soften it. Recommended dose 15/20 g per person. 

Ingredients: butter 93.5% (latte),
Bianchetto truffle 5%.(Tuber borchii),
flavouring, white truffle 0.5%
(Tuber magnate pico).
