All the truffles you see on our site are personally extracted by us, with our own hands, and the quarrying area is different according to the variety of truffles. You will find in each product sheet the origin of the truffle, in any case the quarrying areas are mostly Abruzzo, Marche, Molise or Campania!

The truffle should be cleaned of soil residues only shortly before its use. You can help yourself with a toothbrush (similar to the one used for cleaning teeth) and a drizzle of running water, immediately wiping it with absorbent paper or a cotton cloth. For the White Truffle it is preferable to avoid water and clean it with a toothbrush or damp cloth.

The truffle can be kept fresh for about 7/10 days after harvesting to preserve its organoleptic characteristics. We advise you to consume it immediately, fresh fresh as we deliver it to you. If, on the other hand, you cannot consume it immediately, we advise you to remove it from the wrapping we made for shipping and keep it in the refrigerator wrapped in absorbent paper  or a cloth, preferably in an airtight jar or container and replace the paper or cloth whenever they turn out to be moist.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to avoid any stalling of the goods over the weekend and always guarantee you the highest quality and freshness! From the time of shipment, the goods will be delivered within 24h, only in rare cases it could take 48h. In any case, we ship fresh truffles in polystyrene boxes and dry ice blocks to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.
